Using this backpack shoulder strap mount by HSU helped out my GoPro game tremendously. Hiking, going to conventions, and just everyday travel just because a whole lot smoother just by having my hands free. Assembly as well was just a bit of a minor inconvenience since it didn't come with an instruction manual so there was some finessing on my end. You'll have to squeeze the J mount into the strap to make sure it's snug fit. Even then, if your GoPro has any sort of cage like mine does, it'll not be a perfect screw it so be aware of this.
