Currently, orders from HSU Shop will be shipped from the US, UK, DE, and China warehouses. 

China Warehouse - For Worldwide
US Warehouse - For United States
UK Warehouse - For the United Kingdom
DE Warehouse - For European Union

*Note: If there is no “Ship from” option in the product page, it will be shipped from China warehouse by default.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. BOX addresses as the couriers we cooperate require a signature to confirm delivery. Please fill in the detailed address at checkout.  

 

HANDLING TIME:

After receiving an order, it will take 1-3 working days to prepare the products prior to shipment.

China Warehouse: 1-3 working days

US, UK, & DE Warehouse: 1-2 working days

 

SHIPPING CARRIERS:

HSU cooperate with the most appropriate carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and others. The shipping carriers will vary depending on your shipping address, country, and region. Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email titled with Your Order Is On The Way from us with the tracking number.

ADDITIONAL FEE:

1. Please note that the customer shall be responsible for any additional fee caused by redirecting requests on your side (e.g. change address) when the product has been shipped already.

2. If you refuse a shipment from HSU Shop or do not take the necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to HSU Shop. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

 

SHIPPING DELAY CAUSED BY CORONA PANDEMIC & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

1. The Customer acknowledges that delays to the estimated dispatch and delivery date may occur. HSU Shop shall not be held liable for delays to the estimated delivery in the below circumstances.

2. Please note that there will be shipping delays because of the Corona pandemic around the world. Also, there would be shipping delays during public holidays in the US, EU, China, or your countries, such as the Christmas or New Year holidays.

3. HSU Shop shall not be held liable for delays to the estimated delivery date provided natural disaster, strike, and customs inspection occur during delivery.

 

Return & Refund

Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or processed. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 


Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (If it is not product quality problem, the return shipping fee will be paid by the customer); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If the product you received is broken, Please contact our customer service: help@hsushop.com. And provide pictures or video of the broken product. Once the condition is confirmed, you will receive a full refund of the price of the broken product.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@hsushop.com
